Hi, my name is Gianluca and I am your client. On November **th I bought two steel pans with two glass lids in your shop at *** Avenue of the America's (NYC). I paid **.** Dollars for this set and used it for about a week. Rust stains began to appear on the bottom both on the inside and on the outside. Today I went to the store where I bought them to return them and ask for the replacement or refund of the money I spent.*I spoke to John (he did not tell me his last name) the store manager, who told me this was impossible because the items had been used and he could not sell them again. I showed him the rust and I told him that steel pots should not have rust and that this is clearly a factory defect. I also tried to explain to him that the flaw emerged precisely because we used the pots to cook, something for which the pots are supposed to be made. Unfortunately the answer was the same: we only take back the things that can be resold. In the end I told him that this was impossible due to the defect shown by my pots and that he should have contacted the supplier and the manufacturer of these pots to indicate the danger of their products to public health. John replied that this is not his job and before leaving, to close the conversation, he asked me one last time if I understood why he could not accept my request. Thank you for your attention.
