As a customer I was treated very rudely tonight at TJ Maxx Zanesville Ohio. I asked the store associate if there was any Rae Dunn items on his cart. He rudely responded that all he had was candles. There was a total of * small boxes left. I politely asked if he had put any out this evening or if it all goes out in the morning. As I walk away I hear him making rude comments tontbe girl he is training. Which in return is teaching her poor customer service skills. As I skim through a few isles and start to return toward him he hides mugs under his arm and attempts to put them on the shelf. I ask if I can have them and he says no. He reply’s he has to put them on the shelf first. I asked why he hid them and he does not respond. As he returns to his trainee he tells her he should have dropped them on the floor and said oops and began to laugh. I do understand that some customers can be nasty with certain items. I also do not appreciate being stereotyped as one. I also do not appreciate him lying to me and being rude. I understand the hype of this fad but not every customer can be at the door at opening and I do not feel every store should have different policies. I was also told at this store I am not allowed to touch any item on a gray cart on the floor or I will be banned from the store. I have spoke to the manger who also does not seemed to be concerned with anything. Thanks TJ maxx for making me to never want to shop at your Zanesville ohio store again!
