Hey, I've been waiting to connect adsl to my home with Optus for three weeks and was told a lot of lies like I've gave them wrong adress where is that I didn't because I've photographed the conversation on a live chat link where they sent me all the information for the connection. As of today they had told me that they had cancelled the connection on the ********. When I had a phone conversation on the ***** in the conversation they told me that it would be connected on the ***** today,also I was given a ref number on the date and was told I'd be given one month free access to internet ADSL. All they offer me after this is to be put though the sales department again I asked why they told me then that Telstra won't hand them the line that they need to use? Spending three hours on the phone today with Telstra and optus hasn't really helped.
