I have been trying for a week and a half to us the automated telephone system to let me onto my brokerage account to get my true balance. I like to call after * pm because I get free minutes then. The prompt asks me to speak or type in my account number and I speak it. Then the prompt ask me to say or type in my pin and I have tried typing it in and speaking it, but I always get the same message that it cannot be done and they will transfer me to an attendant. But of course it is after hours and I get that message them. My pin works on my TIAA retirement, but it won't accept it on my TIAA Brokerage account. Therefore, I need help with this.
