I last spoke with a TDS represenative about a mistake that I made. I sent dish nets equipment to a tds address. I was expecting an equipment return box from DISH....not TDS. when s box arrived,I thought it was ment for the dish equipment since I payed my dish bill THROUGH TDS. The last REP. I spoke with told me that TDS would have the equipment returned to dish. and also send me a return equipment box for tds equipment that nobody even told me i had to return. But when I get the return box from tds I will gladly return it .I THOUGHT I had complied with both company polices only to find out I am now being charged by BOTH companies for unreturned equipment. any updates on these issues would be very helpful. I just got word from my daughter that a return box was sent to **** county road ** Berry,al.. but it was SUPPOSSED to be shipped to me @ **** arkadelphia road jasper,al. *****
