I'm having problems with my email. J*****@***.com. I had to change the password. Now when I try to login it just makes me change it again. The initial issue is we can't get our phone to connect to the email once we changed the password. I read directions on your site and it says call the provider POP **IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. Check email account settings on web. ive done that but I don't even now what the password is because it doesn't seem to change
