My debit card expired last May ****. I live in Argentina so I called long distance numerous times to request a replacement. After I explain my situation I'm put on hold and wait. AlI of a suden I get disconnected and have to start all over again with a different rep. I should have received the new card in April. What do I have to do to finally get a new card? I have no access to my money so I can't go to NYC now. I sent a change of address letter to the Bank at the same time I sent it to Social Security. SSA has it. The last time I was able to print my statement was in April.
