Our account ---- on line says too many attempts- locked--contact customer service---*so-- I did just that and was told I should try again customer service representative cleared the lock and I could get through-- still locked!! . I did finally get through to a human voice--she said it was now unlocked-it was not and still is locked as of *****. !! . A payment in the amount of $*** was sent via on line banking ***** as all our payments have. Apparently the payment from Johnson Bank Racine, Wisconsin was indeed made but never cleared. Johnson Bank stopped payment on the ***** check and Johnson bill pay sent TD a new check--it has now cleared. We received * notice from TD that we were past due.!!!!!!!!!!!. My wife was paying for groceries with our TD Credit Card and credit card was denied---I fully understand USPS losing in mail, but after we were past due--why no notice from TD?? since our account is locked I can't see what is going on now. There should be *- payments in the amount of $*** now applied to our account. *. Please send us a statement--we haven't received a paper TD statement . Please send a payoff figure-or -ok it should be on the next paper statement. *. I'm a retired banker after ** years of service-with M& I Bank Milwaukee now BMO-I have found TD Credit Card customer service the worst I have ever experienced. Once again please--send a current statement with payoff figure-------late payment charges- I do not intend to pay. --charge United States Postal Service. Johnson Bank, Racine, Wi can provide proof that ***** on line bill payment was indeed sent to TD . Also-please review our payment history--you will find we have never been late and always paid more than the minimum or paid off in full frequently. Merlin E.
