On May **, ****, I visited the drive thru of TD Bank on Mary St., Jacksonville, FL. I made a $*** deposit to the account of Nicolas Jaramillo, a client of my wife's company. Mr. Jaramillo contacted my wife about * month prior to advise her that the $*** had never reached his account. Unfortunately, we believe the receipt was lost in a move. When Mr. Jaramillo reached out to TD Bank, he was advised that that branch had not received any cash deposits that day, a response I find not credible. I am reaching out because I made the deposit and Mr. Jaramillo is a Columbian citizen and US permanent resident currently living in Colombia. *I have also tried to follow up numerous times at this branch only to be blocked. *Unfortunately that leaves only two possibilities:**. An error was made and the money is in someone else's account. **. Or the teller who took the deposit is a thief.*I prefer to believe the first option. But I need someone to assist me and Mr. Jaramillo. *I and my wife have assured Mr. Jaramillo that we will reimburse him because we believe in doing the right thing. Is it possible I could find anyone at TD Bank who also believes that? *Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
