This less than efficient communication has caused my application to be denied. As proof please review all email and written communications to me and judge for yourself that my claim is evident.**As for me I requested a HELOC for a home valued at $***,*** by your appraiser. This property is in good condition and has No first or Second Mortgage on it.**My wife and I have good to great credit and our salaries are ***,*** a year.**With all this in mind we were advised that our request for a loan was denied, because we had security gates on our windows.**This definitely needs to be reviewed and corrected.**Please advise if further information is required.**Thank you, Kenneth Williams (***)***-****
