Dear Barclays Bank,*I made an outgoing international wire from TD Bank in Dover, Delaware to PM Searle on **********. I later asked Barclay to return to funds. TD tried to contact Barclays and finally closed the case because they could not reach Barclay's to verify the arrival of the $****.**.*I still need to have the $****.** returned to my TD account and have Paul Searle's permission.*I contacted Barclay's at the following number twice as did PM Searle, a Barclay's customer at **.***.***.****. Barclay's told me to request that TD Bank initiate the return again and that Barclay's stood ready to complete the return. TD refused, since they had attempted "many times" but Barclay's never replied. TD told me the money is gone.**I have the three documents that I received when I sent the wire:**. The WIRE AUTHORIZATION FORM for INTERNATIONAL OUTGOING WIRE**. The RECEIPT FOR THE WIRE TRANSFER**. The PRE-PAYMENT DISCLOSURE form**Of course, these contain account information, reference numbers, sender and recipient numbers, and confirmation code, etc..**The funds were to be sent to *Barclays*St. Nicholas St.*Scarborough, UK**The transfer was intiated by myself at my TD Bank at**** North Dupont Highway*Dover, Delaware ******USA**I am willing and prepared to send the documents via email, hardcopy, or other method of uploading documents that Barclay's uses.*Their refusal to attempt the return again is causing us a great deal of inconvenience. *I will wait your reply and thank you for your help in advance.**Sincerely yours,*Mary Anne Vogel**ABOVE:*Dear TD BANK:*This is copy of what I wrote to Barclays Bank in the UK concerning a $****.** international wire transfer I made. *My TD Branch Manager, Rosa Duminger, gave me excellent service until recently. It became necessary for me to recall the funds from my friend in the UK, so TD initiated a recall. Because Barclays never answered that the funds arrived and if they did, they would not communicate with us. *I have all the paper work, reference and confirmation numbers my account, the receiver's account information as it appears in the documents. *We called Barclays many times at **-***-***-****, their customer service number. They ASSURED us that it TD would cake ONE contact with them by phone and or re-initiate the return of my funds, they would complete the transaction and return them to my TD account. My Bank Manager refused. She told me she contacted her wire room and they can't or won't do it. To me it is a simple thing. This is my money and I must have it returned. The receiver, PM Searle, contacted Barclays in the UK. As I said, I would be glad to send you the documents so you have the full information. Maybe you can straighten things out with the wire department. I appreciate anything you can to to facilitate this transaction, especially since I know for sure that Barclays stands ready to return my funds to me. If you do want the documents, let me know how to upload or email them to you.*I want TD to know that I plan to pursue this return, so, if your department is not able to facilitate the transaction, please refer me to the person next in line above you whom I need to contact.
