Dear TCL Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the TCL 65” 4K LED Android TV I recently purchased. Within just 3 months, I began experiencing issues with the picture quality and distortion. After raising a complaint (IN[redacted][redacted]), a TCL agent determined that the motherboard needed replacement, which took 10 days. Following this, it was concluded that the entire panel needed to be changed, adding another estimated 7 days to the repair process. Upon contacting the supervisor, Vinod, today for an update, I was informed of the unavailability of the panel and the decision to replace the TV. It has been nearly a month of inconvenience, and despite TCL's reputation, the product quality and support have been disappointing. My interaction with Manager Mohit was also unsatisfactory due to his lack of customer service skills. I am reaching out through this platform to escalate the matter and urgently request your assistance in replacing the TV. The new ticket number is IN[redacted]52. Thank you.

I purchased a TCL - 55" Class - LED - 4 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR Roku TV on August 6, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on November 24th, the TV stopped working - there was sound but no picture. I had always considered TCL a reliable company, but when my TV failed just 15 months after purchase, their "12-month limited warranty" did not cover the issue. Despite trying a factory reset, the picture did not return. Customer service did not seem concerned about my problem. I am hoping to have the TV either fixed or replaced as soon as possible, as I do not have time to deal with this hassle.

I received a TV with a cracked screen upon delivery. The model number is 32S301, with a serial number of [redacted] GTC [redacted] A [redacted] and service number 32S301LCAA. I am requesting a replacement TV screen or a new TV altogether due to the unusable state of the current one. I appreciate any assistance you can provide and thank you for your time. Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can assist me with a problem I'm having. I'm struggling to pair my RC802V Remote with my TCL S6800 TV. Initially, everything was working well, including the voice assistant function with no pairing issues. However, even after a factory reset, I can't seem to pair my remote with the TV for voice control activation. Other remote functions are working perfectly. I've tried changing the batteries and performing a reset, but I'm unsure how else to troubleshoot the remote. I'm curious if there's a specific program responsible for voice pairing that I could reset. When attempting to pair, I receive a "failed, please try again" message with a sad emoticon. Could this be a hardware problem? I have accidentally dropped my remote a few times. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am an 88-year-old (turning 89 in July) from PA, and I've been using a simple Tracfone mainly for emergencies. Recently, I decided to upgrade to a TCLNLX purchased on 2/9/20 with a month of activation, expecting my existing balance to transfer over. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't get help printing the Android instructions from my son in IND. I've been isolated at home, unable to see my family in DE. Feeling frustrated with the situation, I finally managed to make a mask and go to the store, only to find out I missed the deadline to renew my plan by 5/4/20. I kindly request to have my hours restored and purchase a yearly card since the current circumstances have hindered my ability to go out and take care of this. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, my name is Melwin Peter R. I continually face issues with the TCL service center. Last time, it took almost 1.5 months to resolve my TV problem. Now, I have contacted them again about a sensor issue. The remote only works when I am very close to the TV. I advise everyone to avoid TCL products due to their poor service. I have faced delays previously, but after contacting the head office, they took it seriously, though it still took a month to resolve. I am frustrated with the service center. I am considering spreading the word about TCL's poor service. I am unsure when their service will improve. I anticipate they may blame the delay on the pandemic, but the previous delay was not during this time. I am unsure who to reach out to for help.

I received a message last night around 11 pm about the system update scheduled for overnight. I followed the instructions to begin the process, but the screen has become frozen with the automated message displayed. Despite leaving the phone on overnight to complete the update, the screen remains frozen with the same message. I cannot use my phone at all. I would appreciate urgent assistance. Thank you. Dear Community Members, I am experiencing an issue with my phone where I am not receiving sound notifications for SMS or WhatsApp messages unless the specific chat is open. I have checked the message settings in the general menu and for both "messages" and "WhatsApp," and all the message sounds are turned on. This problem only started recently, and I suspect it may have been triggered by a system update or by accidentally muting an app notification that affected all apps. Hello, My name is Umair from Lahore, Pakistan. I purchased a TCL LED TV 2 months ago and encountered a speaker issue - they are not working. To utilize the TV, I've had to connect external speakers. I lodged a complaint on 7th December at 1:11 pm for repair. The customer service representative assured me a TCL technician would visit within 24 to 48 hours. Despite my attempts to contact them throughout the morning, they only answered at 3 pm. They were unaware of the status of my complaint or the assigned technician, finally providing me with a technician's number to directly request a visit. Upon following up, they stated the technician would contact me soon, which has not occurred. I am dissatisfied with the handling of my concern and the lack of communication. I seek assistance from a senior officer for resolution, as I have little faith in the current customer service and technicians. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Umair

This morning, I woke up to find my TV displaying "no signal." I attempted to turn it back on, but the issue persisted. After cleaning and reorganizing the channels, some are now displaying a green or pink background without playing any content. These specific channels are important to me, and I need assistance in restoring them to proper functionality.

I recently purchased a REVVL 4PLUS from my local Metro store and have encountered numerous issues. The auxiliary port produces awful sound quality, making it unpleasant to listen to music. When using the speaker, others can't understand me properly. To add to this, the charger that came with the phone caught fire and burned out. Despite taking the phone back to Metro before the fire incident, I was informed that obtaining a new phone would require additional payment. I don't understand why I should have to pay extra when I initially paid $[redacted] for a new phone that turned out to be defective and hazardous. I find it unreasonable to have to cover the cost for a replacement of the same faulty phone. Jason.

Hello, I purchased a brand new TCL TV recently and encountered an issue right away. The customer service was excellent; they provided us with a box to return the TV, and we received a replacement promptly. We would like to inquire if it's possible to get another box, even if there's a cost, to transport the TV during our upcoming move. In our small apartment, we struggle to save packaging due to limited space, but the protective packaging with bubbles was helpful. Please inform me if this is feasible. Thank you, R. Foster.

Dear TCL Team, I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I have received in India. I purchased a TV from your company through a popular e-commerce site at a high price. However, the TV stops working if it is switched off for just two days. I have tried contacting customer service through various numbers found online, but most are invalid. The one functional number I reached had unprofessional representatives who were unhelpful and quick to disconnect when asked to escalate the issue. Even when a technician eventually arrived after multiple follow-ups, they only took a photo of the invoice and closed the case without resolving the problem. This level of service is unacceptable. I plan to share this negative experience on multiple review platforms and the e-commerce website I purchased from to warn others about the poor quality of your products and service. The technician, Mr. Chetan - 80[redacted]5, has been consistently late and ill-suited for the job.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am M KOTESWARA RAO from Visakhapatnam. I made a mistake by purchasing an iffalcon 55-inch 4K TV. One day, my TV's power indicator stopped working. I contacted the TCL iffalcon customer care service. A technician visited my house and diagnosed that the power board needed replacement. We ordered a new board on July 22nd (Job ID: IN[redacted]16-01). However, there was a lack of response from the service center. After calling again, the manager mentioned that the part was not available for my TV (ID: IN[redacted]20-01). I apologize for the delay on my part. They requested three more days, which turned into a week. Following up, the manager Rajesh asked for another week (Job ID: IN[redacted]57-01). Kindly address this matter promptly. The service and attitude of your staff at the service center were disappointing. This has been a frustrating experience for me as a first-time customer.

Hello, I would like to report an issue concerning my TV. I contacted your call center on September 6th regarding this matter, and on the 7th, your engineer visited and ordered parts for my TV. After two days, the engineer informed me that my TV would be fully replaced within 15 days. Despite multiple follow-up calls to your call center, I have been continuously informed that the replacement will take another 7 days. On November 2nd, I was informed by your local service center that my replacement TV had arrived but was damaged, preventing them from sending it to me. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I have tried to reach out to Mr. Vikram Singh Tahakur from Noida, but there has been no response from their end. Mr. Singh has not been answering my calls or messages. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed in this matter.

I purchased a TCL 50P615 LED TV in April [redacted] in Karachi, Pakistan with a 2-year written warranty. The TV's display malfunctioned on September 26, [redacted]. After contacting TCL customer service at [redacted]99, a technician finally visited on October 3rd and diagnosed it as a "PANEL MUTE" issue. The TV was taken to the TCL workshop for repairs on October 7th after several delays. I faced challenges reaching the toll-free number for updates on the repair process. With the panel out of stock, the repair process has been prolonged, and communication from TCL has been lacking. I am disappointed with the poor customer service despite the warranty coverage. I have a serious issue with my Apple iPhone. It's not charging properly after many problems. I need to get it fixed as soon as possible because I have important things to take care of, including my ID for a specific place after church. I'm frustrated because the shop is closed tomorrow, and I really need to speak to someone who can assist me. I need help unbinding my TCL Movetime M40 watch, as the Google account used in the TCL Connect app got deleted. I want to stop receiving annoying reminders and have tried factory resetting my Movetime MT40 watch without success. I am currently unable to pair it because I need to scan a QR Code. I have a TCL 4X cell phone that I need to unlock. It belonged to my late fiancé, and I am involved in a homicide investigation. I am attempting to access the phone to check his recent calls/texts and recover some photos. I provided the death certificate, as instructed by customer service, but they are now saying I never contacted them about this matter. They suggest a factory reset, but I can't do that as I require the information stored on the phone immediately.
