After few days the one of the LED's got spoiled and we filed an complaint in customer care .**its been more than ** months since the complaint was filed and now every week I get same replies that we are getting your issue sorted out .**its really disappointing that no one from the technical support team is willing to take responsibility .**Dear Mr. Ravi, **With reference to our telephonic conversation today , Like all other you have also made certain commitments today but would request you to kindly send an email with exact date when my LED issue is getting sorted .
