Tcl has stated problem is fixed it is not they still want me to pay ***.** dollars to watch the tv. Just talked the manager supposedly and was hung up on by him. That makes * times someone hung up on me. Would really like this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you

Watch the Television I paid *** dollars for without it costing me another ***.** dollars. ... Bought a TCL roku tv put in activation code. Denied my activation. So an agent called me and told me I have to pay ***.** dollars to register the tv and get the roku to work. Plus I have to pay for any Netflix type programs as well. Why am I having to pay for the television then having to pay for the roku and then having to pay for the programs as well. Seems to me I'm going to have to pay pay *** dollars for a television that has roku installed in it and that's not right. Just wanting to use the television for what it's use was sold for.

want to get my television activated without it costing me ***.** for a ** inch television from TCL.
Already registered a Roku device with them a few years back. so I'm a repeat customer.
No other legal steps taken at this point. Trying to keep it simple but seems like Roku or tcl don't want to.
