I just need help and can't get to branch office and am finding it very difficult to email or contact you. I am hard of hearing, so can't call.*I have five accounts showing. Looks to be checking and another (money market or cash mgmt) and then three others:*One for my grandson, another for my grandson (both for ***.**) and then some other for ***.**. I need to know what the ***.** account is and then the difference between the two larger accounts. I get that one is my checking but I see checking items come through in my other savings account and I don't understand why. Am I accidentally choosing that one when I purchase on line? Is there a way to block that so all that I transact happen on my checking account (xx****)*HELP please.**Thanks!
