My name is Kim Syde and husband Gary Syde, since December **th we have been without money as a mistaken Levy*garnishment had emptied * accounts. (It has been proven and you have that in the records and even the collections of Messerli & Kramer have returned the money into our account and our lawyer Hoglund law has called and straightened it out and clarified *It was a mistake!! We have had been trying to get our account straightened out and have yet to see all the overdrafts be removed taken off our account. We know that you have many conversations in our file as we have contacted the customer service daily and multiple times per day. Our lawyer office has straightened out that the Garnishment was done out of mistake as we are in bankruptcy due to my husband's stage * cancer medical bill's along with many other bill's that have been piling up. The proof that it was a mistake has been entered and that garnishment was returned to our account but all the overdrafts still have not been reversed as we were told was going to happen by staff in customer service several times. We need our account back the way it was the afternoon of December **th **** please? We have medications and things we need to get and can not spend the money that is ours. We did not incur any overdrafts as we had enough money in our account until your fee of ***.** and the levey* garnishment happened the evening of the **th. We have not been able to go anywhere over this past week, my husband's brother has died on the **st and we can't even mourn due to worrying about our account. We can't buy my husbands medication he must take, can't grocery shop and can't do anything without our money! Please return the ***.** dollars and get rid of ** overdrafts that has been told would go away once the mistake had been proved!*Sincerely, *So, please forward this to whom can help us today. All the information you need is there as all the customer service people that we have talked with say they have noted everything.
