TAP customer service is horrible, probably the worst I've ever encountered. Booked the wrong date, tried to change online within the ** hours grace period - was impossible. Long story short ended up canceling, now am trying to rebook the right date and have to do it with them because I had already a "refund voucher" for almost $*** (argh), and obviously don't want to waste my money. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
GetHuman-nievesi did not yet indicate what TAP Portugal should do to make this right.
