Dear TAP,*This year my wife and I had the opportunity to visit Rio de Janeiro. I bought the tickets through eSky in March this year. I set the day for the trip on August **th. About ten days before departure I checked the tickets and found that the tickets were without luggage*I contacted the agency and paid extra *** Euro for luggage. Our flight to Rio was via Rome where the first stop was over, and via Lisbon to Rio. Returning from Rio to Lisbon and over Berlin to Belgrade.**At the Belgrade airport, I was told that our luggage was checked only to Rome and that we would pick up our luggage and check in for further. When checking for Lisbon or Rio at the TAP check - in at Rome Airport, we were told that we did not have luggage included in the ticket. I was pointing at the ticket that was reissued further that there was information about paid luggage, as well as invoices that had been issued about it. But the check-in desk clerk told us she didn't see it on the system. We had to pay an additional baggage fee of *** euros. When we arrived in Rio, I found a TAP agent and we headed to the agency where we brought up the problem. A loving servant looked at the ticket in the system, printed it out and said that I had a perfectly neat ticket with my luggage to return. With that in mind, my question is whether we are entitled to a refund of EUR ***, since we paid double the baggage fee.*Most kindly, TAP passengers Erna and Branko Lozuk
