The issue in GetHuman-lorenzmo's own words
Trying to get to my destination as originally scheduled. ... Our flight was delayed out of JFK no reason was given for the delay. Our connecting flight will be missed, the check in agent told us we wouldn’t miss our connection. However the new ticked she issued had us leaving ** hours later than our original flight. I requested an earlier flight she said nothing was available. However I checked on line and saw at least another option to get us to our destination, Seville SPAIN four hours earlier than the flight we are currently booked on.
They different agents were giving me conflicting information. Regarding how to get assistance.
By refunding me the cost of the two tickets and the additional money we paid for seats.
I’ve flown with this airline on previous occasions.
This is the only thing I’ve tried at this point.
