Boston ... My wife and I are traveling businesses class from Milan to Boston today (October **, ****). Upon arrival at Lisbon airport we were directed to passport control and waited in a very long line. After that, we asked for directions to the Business class lounge but were told we will have to go through passport control twice again - once to get to lounge area and again to get back to the gate area. They told us that despite a *-hour layover, we will not have enough time to be at the lounge because of the repeated passport controls. **I fly business a lot and have never encountered anything like this.
