Contattare il servizio clienti poich* dalle due notifiche scritte, aprile **** e luglio **** non ho avuto nessuna risposta. ... Il **.**.**** avevamo il volo di ritorno da Lisbona a Milano, ma * stato annullato per lo sciopero dei piloti TAP. Siamo riusciti a partire solo luned* mattina **.**.****. Abbiamo inoltrato due richieste di rimborso per il costo di * notti dell'hotel (referenze reclami Vale Connosco *********** e ***********. Voglio essere rimborsato per le spese dell'hotel, i risarcimenti di legge dovuti e la giornata di lavoro persa.
Non hanno fatto niente. Nessuna risposta o presa di contatto. Nessun rimborso.
Pagamento spese hotel, risarcimento previsto dalla legge per casi simili, rimborso giornata lavorativa persa.
Perch* abbiamo pagato il prezzo pieno dei biglietti aerei.
Scritto due notifiche di annuncio per rimborso.*Aspettato per * mesi che la TAP facesse qualcosa, ma senza risultati.*Ora contatteremo l'Ombusmann per il turismo ed in seguito l'assicurazione protezione giuridica per una causa legale.
