If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-dlw_usa's own words
I have a new T-mobile ***GB $***mo account with T-mobile. I do not have a T-mobile phone...only a router that the Sim card goes in. All works fine, but I can't setup a T-Mobile ID online to manage my T-Mobile account. The last step in setup requires a T-mobile phone to receive a verification code. Won't let me use my Verizon phone for verification. What can I do?
