Make calls on my new Samsung Cell phone ... This is Connie Sutton, my T-Mobile * is ***-***-**** my call back * is a land line ***-***-*****On ********* I explained to the store rep that I lived in a forest on a lake and did not received good cell service where I live. I asked if it was possible for me to purchase a SIM card to see if I have coverage at my home before purchasing a plan. The rep stated no so I then purchased a new phone and service from T-Mobile Store * ****. The rep suggested the free promotion T-Mobile which is currently running for a Hot Spot, **G or ** days whichever expires first. I went home tried the phone and ordered the device. I had only * bar for service and the Wi-Fi barely existed.*On ********* I returned to the store and talked with the Manager explaining I had no bars for cell service at my house. The rep suggested I call Customer Support and request a Cell Signal Booster. I called support and after a long conversation with * different reps the decision was made to send me a Booster.*Received the Booster on ******* I read the directions, plugged the Yellow WAN cable into the WAN Port, put the GPS cable into the GPS port, plugged the power in, power light lit up but nothing else lit up. I had to plug the WAN cable into my Hughes Net router as it is the only Wan port I have. Hughes Net is my Internet provider. I returned * hours later as your instructions tell me the download can take * hours. Still no lights but the power light.********** I changed from WAN to LAN port, plugged the Booster back in and hit reset* still only light is the power light. I left it this was until today.********* I tried calling Tech support and was told there was a **-minute wait. I took option * for a call back and received no call back. I called this afternoon and there is a **-minute wait. *I am very frustrated with T-Mobile and want to cancel my service of ** days and want to send back the Cell Booster and the Hot Spot. Please feel free to bill me for the ** days.**Connie Sutton
I told them to begin with I probably was not going to get coverage at my home. That is why I ask if I could buy a SIM chip for the day.
