I misunderstood an offer for a veterans discount for a mobile phone service from T-Mobile.*I misread the offer of $**.** a month for one line and then found out it was $**.** a month.*I ordered a phone and when I tried to activate it I ran into some problems and when I went into a T-Mobile store for help, they couldn't help.*Frustrated with this and the higher billing I called customer support and asked if I could just return the phone and cancel the service. *The person I talked to emailed me a return label and I mailed back the phone.*I then had my credit card charged for $**.** dollars.*I called the (***) ***-**** number and was told T-Mobile would fix this.*I never received a confirmation by email as requested and then yesterday I received a bill for $**.** dollars for a service I'm not using.*I did receive an email on ****** stating T-Mobile did receive the phone I mailed back and they were processing the refund.*It appears the refund was credited back to my credit card on ******.*I called the (***) ***-**** number yesterday,*******, for help and was told that there was a two hour wait and gave me the option of leaving a call back number, which I did.*I never received a call back, so I tried again today, *******, and this time I did have someone call back.*The person that called me back said they would help me resolve this issue and after asking me the same questions repeatedly in different ways they hung up on me.*Please help me with this.
