The issue in GetHuman-swyse's own words
I was billed for a new line when all I had done was purchase a Sim card for the future but the phone was still at the end of a Verizon contract. I went on line today with a representative who suspended the line effective March **th (at the time of my question.)**However, how long before I see a credit reflecting that this line has not yet been activated - the charge is still showing as ** (instead of **.) My phone number is ***-***-****.

GetHuman-swyse did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
