I am trying to get a receipt for my last charge of $** for my data account pass. The phone number is **********. It is a monthly auto bill paid by our university's credit card. But I didn't get a receipt for the charge and when I try to log into my account, it says that you are "making updates to your website" and to "check back later." *I work at a university and we have to upload receipts into our university system for any credit card charges. I need a copy of my latest receipt. How do I go about doing that?
