I have an LG v** think q and it's t mobile so I bought a t mobile sim card at a tmobile store they activated the card there and added my $** prepaid refill card to it. When I got home I put the dim card in my phone and it still didn't work. I went on the tmobile website to try to set it up and it told me invalid request for my imei and my sim card what can I do I need my phone working asap.

GetHuman5420270 did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
