Case * *********, I was in the process of switching from AT&T to T-Mobile when my sales person quit. I never activated my phone - my moms phone on the account was not compatible. She wanted a flip phone. Anyway, nothing further happened - I thought I had not made the switch. But, I had given them my account info - from an account I do not use often. * months later EOM August to January I was being billed $** *month ( * lines for % Months!) $*** *So i called ( Jan **th I think) to CS and explained and they told me it would have to go through a fraud verification process. Fine - the same lady VIa EID * ****** called me back on Jan **th to tell me I would be refunded the $*** and it should be in my bank soon. Call back if it is not there *-* days. * days later I called and they said *-* business days , * days later I called back to verify it was being processed. they could not ID me with out the * digit * I never created , I have called twice in the last week and they have ID'd me with customer acct number and Last * of social but no resolve. I went in to the store spent an hour & a half, told me again they would call back within ** hours. Now * days later I call and they cant verify me - have to go to store again. No one (* times) besides the first person Via has called me back when they said they would call me back - no one seems to be able to help me. So i do not know what to do next - supervisors say the same thing.
