Hi. I'm getting major conflicting info from T-Mobile sales folks regarding the Test Drive hotspot device, once the trial period is over. One person in phone sales is telling me that that device, even with a new paid data sim card will not work, and I must buy a new hotspot from you. However, the guys in the local company store say that all I would need is a new sim card, and to pick the data amount I wish to buy each month. Also, telephone sales pro on the phone says that the test drive device has to be returned to T-Mobile, which directly contradicts everything I was told originally, and is in the instructions, and is on the website, and the guys in the store confirmed...you DO NOT have to return it* it's useless without a new working Sim card, naturally, but what I want to do is use the test drive device, with a new paid data card, and life goes on. Yet, by phone, just now, the "Pro" who I talked with seems clueless about the mechanics of the offer. What's the real scoop on all of this? Thanks.
