Cancel this service ... I want to cancel the prime service on my phone effective today. I have prime video and someone signed me up for channels that cost money. I don't want the channels. I want T-Mobile to immediately put into effect the changes I made just now to my metro pcs plan using my metro.

This issue was with metro pcs. I wanted to cancel my prime subscription today (not when my billing cycle began for the next month) so I dialed *** and there was an icon of a phone at the top of my screen so I pressed that and the system asked me if I wanted to leave the website and I selected yes and the call was sent through to metro pcs where they said the wait time would be ** seconds and that the call would be recorded for training purposes and then an metro pcs customer service rep came on the line and I asked that the Prime account be terminated for my phone number effective immediately.
