I was in a local office and received horrible customer service.Employee refused to service me because she said she was helping someone else mind u the lady she claim to be helping was looking for something she had the time to just get me a charger I asked her again you can’t grab me a charger while she’s looking for what ever she’s looking for she told me no and then I asked to speak to a supervisor she said sure went to the back to get her supervisor which took a few minutes.I said to myself the same amount of time she took to go to the back and talk to a supervisor she could have rang my charger up at the register it became evident to me that this was a power trip and she just wanted to use her authority I spoke to the supervisor Juan and he could care less and sided with her about the customer service policy I assured him the women wasn’t even being helped because she was looking for something I then just wanted to be served to get out of the store after him talkin I thought he would help me he then tells me to hold on and goes to the back after ** mins of waiting I told them if I didn’t get serviced that I would contact corporate he then came running to the front to help me giving me and apology and talking he couldn’t help me right away because he wasn’t supposed to be here today I am writing today because this behave wasn’t except able and that worker Katrina really needs to be penalized for her poor communication and customer service.
