You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile back in April **** and only stayed with T-mobile for a little while and then I switched back to Verizon. I had paid for the sim cards since I was bringing my own phones and I was refunded for the sim cards within a week. Well I get a letter in the mail saying that I had owed $***.** for the service so I called into T-Mobile and spoke with a representative and they told me not to worry about it that since I had canceled my account already and been refunded it was just a mistake. Well apparently not because it was taken out of my account on June **th,****. Since then I have been fighting with your company to provide me with a refund and I have spoke with * Supervisors now and all have told me that it was approved and I would be receiving it. Well it is now the *nd of July and I still haven't received it and everytime I call into check the status I get told that the refund had been stopped. I don't understand what the problem is but this is ridiculous and I am almost thinking about filing a lawsuit against you guys to get my money back. I recently was kicked out of my residence and have been homeless and just so happens the date that you guys took the money out of my account is the same day as I was kicked out. You guys taking the money out of my account resulted in me and my two kids having to sleep in my van. I need the money back from you guys that you no longer had the authority to take out of my account when you did. Honestly with how many times you guys have canceled the refund and how long and the amount of time I have had to fight with your company about the refund I should get way more than what was taken from me. I would like to speak with someone other than a supervisor about this issue I want to speak with someone higher in the company about this. I can't believe you guys do business this way.
