The issue in GetHuman-miltfp's own words
Purchased a Moto G gen * phone directly from Motorola, had the local T-Mobile store move contacts from my old "Flip phone" to the new one. Problem now is that the phone is still running OS *.*.*. Motorola no longer supports OTA update to *.*. In order to accomplish this update is is required that the bootloader be unlocked (it was unlocked when I purchased it). The local T-Mobile store doesn't know how to do this. Can you help?
GetHuman-miltfp did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
I have an issue with T-Mobile too
