This is my last attempt! I have a $*,**** bill because I made calls while on a cruise. On TWO occasions, I contacted a T-Mobile "expert" to make sure my phone was set up properly to avoid these charges. I followed the instructions of the expert. Yet, I'm still charged.I need an expert from T-Mobile to assist me with REDUCING my bill.... NOT A PAYMENT PLAN! I've called numerous times, went to the store, and haven't gotten any help. I've been with T-Mobile over ** years but will l leave if I can't get help. I trusted these "experts" and I need T-Mobile to own that!
