From the store managers to the **** customer service agents it’s all a mess. I’ve been patient with them but no one wants to help me with my problem. *I just started with you guys and when I went to the store the agent informed me that you guys had a special for the IPhone XR, Apple Watch, speaker and headphones for only $***.** a month I asked several times and the agent informed me that it was true. *I decided to take the offer and now my bill is $*** a month. *This is rediculous, I understand your agents get commission by every customer that gets the accessories but by manipulating and giving false information is really wrong. *Now no one wants to help me and I am not going to pay $*** a month. *I even told them I would return everything and they didn’t accept. *If you guys can’t help me I’ll have to speak with my lawyer about this because I’ve worked with many companies before but this company is so far the worst at customer care and service. *All you guys care about is manipulating and getting money. *What about having customers that are loyal to you guys? *I hope you guys help me because this is rediculous
