I went into T-mobile store in Seguin Tx to switch my sprint services to T-mobile, this was last Saturday . We were told that if we switch T-Mobile would pay off our sprint phones but the amount per phone would be up to $***. Well our sprint phones were at that amount so the sales informed us that all we would need to do is turn in our sprint phones back to sprint & wait for our bill to come in from sprint & once we get that bill we take it to T-Mobile & they will pay them off. All we were responsible for was the service with sprint we used we would have to pay. I let T-Mobile run my credit & had to give $*** down. So we today we called customer service with T-Mobile cuz we had issue & then we asked about the process time of getting our sprint phones paid since I received the bill. Well now T-Mobile is telling me that they don’t pay the phones off & we would need to contact the store we went to. Well my spouse went to the store today & spoke with the main manager there & informed us the sales people we did everything with were trained incorrectly & there’s nothing that can be done! All they can do is credit our T-Mobile account. So basically I’m being told that since T-Mobile sales persons messed up & weren’t trained right I still have to pay for there mistake! I think this very unfair & poorly handled. I am not stuck with almost $*,*** sprint bill & having to keep T-Mobile which I am NOT happy one bit! Something needs to be done & T-Mobile needs to be held accountable for this.
