I am out of the country, until mid March. I want to check my pre-paid minutes balance, and expiration date. I am able to log-in to my account, but I have two pre-paid accounts, and the T-mobile website requires me to select which of the two accounts I want to manage. After clicking on the account that I want to manage, the next page indicates that my request cannot be processed at this time, and to please try again later. However, regardless of the number of tries, or the time of day, the same message appears. My T-Mobile phone does not work outside of America. I am in a remote area, and I cannot make international calls from my location.
GetHuman1956692 did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
