I've made (*) phone calls so far today starting at **:** AM*Each one lasted at least ** minutes*The first one with Stephen ended in a hang-up when I asked to speak to a manager*The next one was with a Mgr named Mike *********He was helpful, but put me on hold and after some time of music it switched over to "all of our representatives are busy, please hold"*Then the last & by the far the worst was Ryan ******* who did NOT allow me to speak at all!*I hope all these messages were recorded and especially the last one, because Ryan only escalated the frustration!*That call ended at **:** AM today.**All I want is to have my service restored.*I make automatic payments via my credit card on file with Tmobile*As I explained, the payment didn't go through because I spent too much on Xmas.*I paid the balance down this morning and asked these goons to run the payment through the card on file and got absolutely nowhere.**Can you help?*Sincerely,*Johanna
