Had an appointment to purchase Air Pods. Was called by Nicole that product was ready for pick up. After fighting horrific holiday traffic, I Arrived at ***** South Dixie Hwy location to purchase the item and was told by a CSR that the product was sold out. I was then asked to drive to another T Mobile location **-** miles away and fight through horrific holiday traffic once again. Why should I have taken the chance of traveling that distance only to be told the same thing again?? The manager could guarantee the item at another store but couldn’t hold true to the item being available at her own store! The inconvenience of not being able to get my mother this gift is very discouraging and we have been very loyal customers with T Mobile for quite some time now. Customer Care means a great deal to my wife and I and we would like this situation looked into. Thank you!
