Due to the amount of time it is taking to port my old cell number to t mobile and the fact I have been on hold for no less than * hours I asked to have my account cancelled. I have a prepaid account which I signed up for at my local T mobile store and this took * hours because they also had to hold for a rep to answer. I am requesting a refund. My phone no longer works!! As I am writing this I am on hold with your company!!
GetHuman-sgod did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
