I ordered a new phone to be shipped to St Charles. MO . It was in Earth City, MO yesterday and now it is in Texas. The representative told me it was back ordered and that is why it will arrive on Tuesday. My complaint is on you guys in corporate. You all like to side track orders and then tell your agents to give us some lame excuse as to why it is delayed. They are doing the job you told them to do. The problem is with YOU. You all take our money. give us no good reasons why something is the way it is and then think we will take the reason and shut up? You are sorely mistaken if you think that. The phone if it is backordered should not read on the tracking that it was in the destination state yesterday and now it is in another state today. If it was back ordered it wouldn't state where it is at the moment. And if it was back ordered then you should notify your customers of this. Not have the tracking in the destination state and then in another state the next day. You all need to fix this. It is things like this that your unhappy customers should be compensated for it. But you all just give us lame reasons why and an apology? No way to run a business. And another thing, the page you have to contact TMobile closes out alot. Fix this also. You love to frustrate your customers don't you? YOu all need to fix these issues . Oh now the courier is delaying it is the reason? the courier? You people are full of reasons and now you blame other people?
GetHuman-cgwksrch did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
