I am so unhappy with the way I got treated by T-Mobile since *am yesterday till now and my problem is yet to be solved. Pls do something if you don’t want me to loose my job. My name is Adenike Akinbowale with no **********, ********** and **********. After I made my payment by *am on *********. I was unable to use my line throughout the day and was literally asked to go home by my supervisor since my phone was useless due to T-Mobile and I was on d call with T-Mobile expert till *pm until I decided to port out of T-Mobile to another service provider but I could only port ********** but the remaining * lines which are for my kids remain inactive due to the fact the T-Mobile refused to release the line and my nightmare begins cos there’s no way I can go to work today without activating my kids line. I had been calling since then but yo no avail! Pls do something!! Pls reactivates the remaining * lines so I can be able to port out from this problem.
