I changed service from Sprint on Nov. **, ****. I ported over * lines. To get the promo for the iphone xr (free) I had to trade in a device, and pay the taxes which I did. I was told T-mobile pays up to ***$ for my devices but what I wasn't told it could take up to ** days for this process. I get home to find out the phones did not work. I went back to the store and this is when I was told it takes up to the ** days. I was given * free phones of which I had to pay the taxes on those also in order for us to have working phones while the payoff process goes through. I was told the bill would be ***$ but I check * days later and the bill is ***$ and Im being charged **$ for the iphone. The salesperson was made aware that none of the devices were paid for. Its been a week and I just keep getting told they are going to rectify the issue. I feel like Im getting the run around. I have a ** grace period to cancel this account and I feel like they are trying to exhaust that. I should be refunded all the money I have paid for this account or have what was said, to be done, my devices paid off and working and my bill what I was told it was going to be *** . If my bill is going to be *** I might as well stayed with Sprint.
