my screen is broken and i need to discuss my warranty to replace it. obviously they cannot text me a code in order to communicate from my tmobile account. i am writing from the library in Perpignan france where i have lived for the past year.**I have coverage. it is supposed to cover theft, loss, damage. and also it was provided from tmobile about * months ago. less than one year. in either event it is covered for replacement or repair.**can you please email me for communication. i cannot log into my account. it is asking to text me a code to my phone. clearly not possible. i answered the security questions correctly.**the text method of verification as the sole method is rather odd, given the fact your service is phones and chances are someone could be writing because of a non-functional phone. there should be alternative methods.**thank you
