My first issue is the staff at customer service I called on ** ** **** and asked if I could get my payment installment for the **rd extended until the **th the rep said yes and confirmed the **th I called on ** ** **** because I had a question about how to refer a friend the link the previous rep sent was tge friend link so I asked her if she could check if my payment arrangement had been confirmed for the **th she replied it was not extended and there were not any notes so she said however I will fix it so she told me she had secured my service and extended the payment to the **th so I said well Im glad I called.On ** ** **** I felt like I should call since it was the original date of payment and the rep said not to worry because my account is not ** days past due so it would not be interupted he said he would call me on December *th to check on the account I actually felt reassured this time so I did not call again I have * lines so I need to be sure I need confirmation. On ** ** **** I was working at Door dash a delivery company I just finished a delivery and could not end and confirm the food delivery and why because my account was suspended and I had no phone to work so I called while I was driving home and spoke with a rep I said I really hope my daughter is not traveling right now with no phone service I expalined that I had a confirmation from * employees my payment due date was extended until the **th how could my account get suspended this is unacceptable she said well we are going to credit the reconnect fees for your account isn't that enough as far as bieng compensated for this issue I said I did my part as a consumer to ask and confirm the extension so as far as Im concerned I should get some kind of compensation for not bieng able to trust that my family is safe and in good hands in case of a *** emergency they coukd call if needed or a flat tire on the highway I spent ** minutes of my time on my day off speaking to a rep about my account I would of like to continue working and go home and relax but that did not happen was it because of me ? NO it was not it is unacceptable the experience I had that evenibg my daughter goes to college full time my son works at *am myself I lost earnings because of your staff that is not doing thier job and are not knowledgeable of thier position as a customer service rep assuring me of a non existant confirmation my friend who is on my pkan was shipped a defective phone and finally said he thinks something is wrong with it I called on ** ** **** and spoke to a rep that confirmed the phone was defective so when I asked for a bill credit because the phone was not working since the shipped date I was told it would not be done I asked for a bill credit for the unacceptable service I received from three * yes * of your staff I was told it would not be done. I am not gping to let this go there are too many of these happening I took my friend to the t mobile store he was sold a phone they didn't activate it and when I asked to finance a case for my friend's phone who happens to be elderly I was told no the sale was already closed out. I spent way too many hours on the phone with yoyr staff trying to figure out why the phone is not working on one night the rep called the phone to test it and there was a forward that was not removed so the rep woke up my husband at *am it is always something I should be treated better than this I have been a customer since February **** I have had enough.
