I am with T mobile for almost * years or more than that. I think a year back or so they offered free Netflix with Tmobile when I added another line( I already had * line by then ). But then I realized Netflix was charging my credit card. So I stopped Netflix and called T mobile to connect to Netflix and based on the instructions I connected to Netflix again. However since April **** Netflix charged my card. Today I called Customer support to discuss this and they were very rude and the supervisor also very rude and finally they say They can't help it was all my problem. They say we tried to help you set up the Netflix in August and now it was your problem. Infact, both times I did as per their instruction only and now I paid to Netflix. They are very rude and it really hurts.I have to pay to Netflix and they cannot help. very upset.
They have to take care of my Netflix bill. Why would someone opt Netflix when you have free with t mobile.
