I have called twice already without a resolution. I purchased a sim kit from Best Buy. This sim is being used in a iPad. I was not able to activate the sim through the iPad but was able to do so online. The problem is it's a prepaid $** talk*text*data plan. I only need a data plan. I don't have a t-mobile online account and can't create one because the phone number I give they want to send me a text message. This isn't in a phone it's in a iPad.
GetHuman1636980 did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
