I have a Samsung galaxy note *. It's been working just fine, no glitches, or issues at all, however, tonight when I got home from work it started activated my google assistant on it's own and when I got it home it was powered down. I tried to turn it back on, and it would not. Then I remembered how to do a hard restart on the Note *, and when I did that it would not restart it, but gave a warning message explaining that "A customer OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications" "If you want to download and custom OS, press the volume up key, otherwise press the volume down key to cancel." I've done this multiple times and it will not do anything. What do I have to do? I need my phone working, because I need to use my alarm clock. Please help. **p.s I have no other phone line in the house, I cannot make or receive phone calls or texts. You will not be able to call me to resolve this issue.
