I am trying to adjust an error on an order I started with a chat and then finished with a call. After three hours on the phone with T-Mobile, I missed an error on the order and signed it, electronically. I have called several times in the next hour after making the order and everytime I tell my issue to the original call taker, I get sent to another department and placed on endless hold..... The rep made an error on the type of phone and I need to change... easy fix.
