I'm having issues with my new Alcatel Revv. I tried to take it to the I purchased it from On October **th, I hadn't even had it a month and it wouldn't even charge. Then I left the phone on another day after that for over two hours for a tech to look at. Since then up until now I haven't had service. I paid for the phone PLUS * months of service. I'm not happy at all with the way your company's management at the California and Real location. I was told I purchased a phone that is considered to be a worthless excuse for a cell phone and that they couldn't do anything for me and dismissed me as if I as a customer didn't matter either. I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer relations at this point and I believe that they phone should've and still should be replaced free of charge and the cell data SERVICE based that I've not been able to use be either refunded or put to use on another phone off my choosing due to the fact that I have been cheated through false representation on and through your employees at this particular location NOT once BUT TWICE and I still have NO CELL PHONE SERVICE. I am only able to send messages via another network's Wi-Fi signal. You can reach me Candis M. Graber at *** *** ****, in regards to this issue on or before *pm **********. If this situation isn't resolved to my satisfaction I will forced to go public with the issues concerning the unsatisfactory customer relations and the brand and quality of phone that your company is selling and refused to stand behind that wasn't even a month old when I originally tried to return to the place I purchased it at.
